Engineered FOR EXCELLENT RESULTS
- Designed to handle even the highest production rate of large presses, guaranteeing excellent performance over the long run.
- Products arriving in single or double line are dragged, deviated, accelerated or slowed and put in position to form desired layer shape.
- Vacuum or clamp pickup then performs required translations and layering on the pallet. The entire process is completely automated with a Siemens PLC unit.
Robust, safe and easy to use
- Can be equipped with an alternate rotation of the suction plane to compensate for the wedge of non-calibrated tiles.
- Ample areas for loading/unloading the empty/full wooden pallets with trolleys.
- Controlled by a fully automated, programmable Siemens PLC.
Optionals
- Belt or chain travel units to transport full pallets to other areas for pickup.
- Cord wrapping unit, to apply cord between layers of slabs or blocks.
- Plastic film wrapping unit to strengthen the packet.
- Programmable tilter to flip incoming tiles.
