Volumetric batching plant for the preparation of the 2nd layer of double-layer tiles using a continuous mixer (CASSANI BC Mixer).
Engineered FOR EXCELLENT RESULTS
- Electro-mechanic or electronic programmable weighing systems. The conveying belt is suspended above the scale and allows multiple-sequence weight measurement with minimal error tolerance.
- Our batching plants are fitted with probes, sensors, and micro-switches for maximum automation and reliability.
- Water is added using high-precision measurement with litre counter, solenoid valves and impulse counter, all controlled by the central electric panel.

- Real time continuous control of all functions through touch-screen control panel (on automated batching plants).
- Centralised control equipment in a sealed cabinet, with easy-to-use controls.
- Simplicity of construction allows easy cleaning and maintainance.

- Automatic colour batcher: high precision colour measuring device. When not fitted, an indicator will signal the operator to carry out the operation.

- Telescopic cement silos (standard diameter: 2500 mm) complete with fluidification system, min/max level indicators, stairs and platform with safety handrails, dust filters and safety.
