Tailored to your needs
Machine can be angular (L-shaped) or linear (all heads in single line).
For products with height from 12mm (single-layer slabs) to 400mm (concrete blocks), creating chamfers up to 30mm.
Customisable grinding heads (with diamond wheels) and polishing heads (with abrasive wheels) depending on the chamfer finish required.
Rotation devices can be added between groups of heads to perform chamfers on multiple sides of the product.
Dry working mode available (without requirement of water treatment).

- Adjustable belt speed between 1 and 6 m/min.
- Useful belt width: 600mm as standard, larger on request.
- Easily adjustable steel guides to hold slabs or blocks in place.

- Vertical adjustment of chamfering heads using manual adjustment levers.
- Automatic arrest control in case of water failure.
- Controlled by separate switch-and-control-board.
Optionals
- Calibration section to remove height differences on blocks coming out of the vibropress moulds, guaranteeing uniformity of chamfers on all sides of the block.
- Cleaning and drying path: equipped with roller brushes and tank for collection of the dirty water, and air blowing units above and below for quick drying of the slab surface.
- Bullnose effect grinder heads.
