Infrared ovens

Products are cleaned, heated and primed in multiple stages using infrared ovens.

Digital Printer

The digital printing is carried out by a special machine in a dedicated cabin, under controlled humidity and temperature.

UV Ovens

Different coatings are then applied, with various stages of infrared or UV drying after each stage.

1. Manual loading roller conveyor.

3. Cleaning group of top part for the piece. Brush or rotating nozzles with compressed air.
4. Centering group to align the piece to the axis of the line.
5. IR Kiln for heating the upper piece for of a better application of the primer.
6. Spray cabin and airless pumps (high pressure) for Primer application on the piece surface.
7. Transport chain with lower steel brush for chain cleaning after spray application.
8. Kiln with IR lamps for the heating of the piece for printing optimization.
9. Transport Chain.

ZONE 3 DECORATION
10. Pressurized Cabin with controlled temperature and humidity.
11. Digital printing.

ZONE 4 PRODUCT APPLICATION 1 WATER BASE COATING
12. Spray Cabin and airless pumps (high pressure) Coating protection application. Product 1 is water based.
13. IR Kiln for the heating of upper piece for subsequent application.
14. Transport chains with lower steel brush for chain cleaning after spray
application.

ZONE 5 PRODUCT 2 APPLICATION ANTITABER COATING (WEARING)
15. Spray Cabin with spray guns, and airless pumps (high pressure). 
Antitaber coating protective.
16. Transport chains with lower steel brush for chain cleaning after spray
application.
17. Single-lamp UV Dryer.

ZONE 6 PRODUCT 3 APPLICATION ANTISLIP COATING
18. Spray cabin with spray guns and airless pumps (high pressure). Antislip coating application.
